Important Notice: Daily Ads operates a strict NO REFUND policy. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or subscribing to any membership plan.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases, subscriptions, and transactions made on Daily Ads (https://daily-ads.com) are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all services, membership plans (Bronze, Silver, and Gold), and any other products or features offered on the Platform.

2. Reason for No Refunds

Due to the unique nature of our digital services, refunds cannot be offered for the following reasons:

2.1 Immediate Service Consumption

Our services involve the immediate and live delivery of digital resources, including:

  • Advertising traffic that is sent to your campaigns in real-time
  • Banner impressions and text link displays that occur immediately
  • Access to digital marketing tools (linktree, funnels, landing pages, etc.)
  • Participation in revenue sharing matrices upon membership activation

Once these services are activated or traffic is delivered, the resources have been consumed and cannot be recovered, returned, or reversed.

2.2 Digital Nature of Products

All products and services offered by Daily Ads are 100% digital. There are no physical goods that can be returned. Digital services are considered fully delivered upon access or activation.

2.3 Real-Time Performance

Advertising campaigns and traffic rotation services operate in real-time. Once a campaign is live, traffic begins flowing immediately. This makes it impossible to "undo" or reverse the service delivery.

3. What This Policy Covers

This no-refund policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Membership Subscriptions: Bronze, Silver, and Gold monthly recurring memberships
  • Advertising Services: Banner ads, text links, traffic packages, and promotional campaigns
  • Digital Tools: Access to linktree-style tools, funnel builders, landing pages, and sales pages
  • Traffic Services: Rotator services and any traffic delivery systems
  • Add-on Features: Any additional features, upgrades, or services purchased
  • One-time Purchases: Any single-payment products or services

4. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

Refunds, credits, or chargebacks will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Dissatisfaction with service performance or results
  • Misunderstanding of service features or capabilities
  • Failure to use the service or membership benefits
  • Failure to cancel recurring subscription before renewal
  • Technical issues or problems on the user's end (internet connection, device compatibility, etc.)
  • User error in campaign setup or configuration
  • Lower-than-expected traffic quality, conversion rates, or earnings
  • Changes in business strategy or marketing plans
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases
  • Unauthorized purchases (you are responsible for securing your account)

5. Recurring Billing and Cancellations

5.1 Automatic Renewal

Membership subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel your membership before the renewal date.

5.2 Cancellation Process

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your membership features until the end of the paid period.

5.3 No Partial Refunds

Important: If you cancel your membership mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription. You will maintain access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing date if you no longer wish to continue. Forgetting to cancel or claiming you "didn't mean to renew" is not grounds for a refund.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

6.1 Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase is considered a violation of our Terms and Conditions. If you file a chargeback:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended or terminated
  • All services and benefits will be revoked
  • You may be banned from future use of the Platform
  • We reserve the right to pursue collection of owed amounts plus any associated fees

6.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment processor. We are committed to addressing legitimate concerns, but we cannot issue refunds due to the nature of our services.

7. Service Interruptions

In the rare event of extended service outages or technical issues on our end that prevent you from accessing the Platform for an extended period, we may, at our sole discretion, offer:

  • Service credit for future use
  • Extension of your membership period
  • Alternative compensation

However, this is not guaranteed and does not constitute a refund policy. Any such compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

8. Payment Processing Fees

All payment processing fees charged by third-party processors (such as Stripe) are non-refundable, even in cases where we might exceptionally consider compensation.

9. Before You Purchase

We strongly encourage you to:

  • Review service descriptions carefully before making a purchase
  • Understand the features included in each membership tier
  • Ask questions through our support channels if you're unsure about anything
  • Start with a lower-tier membership if you're uncertain about committing to a higher tier

10. Legal Compliance

This no-refund policy is compliant with applicable consumer protection laws for digital goods and services in Canada. Digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase is generally exempt from standard refund requirements for physical goods.

11. Exceptions

The only circumstances under which a refund might be considered are:

  • Proven fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of your payment method (subject to investigation)
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges that were not authorized by you
  • System errors that resulted in incorrect charges (subject to verification)

Even in these exceptional cases, any refund decision will be made at the sole discretion of Daily Ads management and is not guaranteed.
