The optional affiliate referral program is a separate, performance-based program where commissions are earned exclusively on direct referral sales — not on recruitment activity or on the downstream activity of referred members. No commission income is guaranteed, and you may receive little or no commissions even with an active membership.

• Loss of earnings or revenue sharing income

5.2 Liability Cap

In any case, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform or services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Daily Ads in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Daily Ads, Sébastien Bonneau, and their respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of:
